Living/Dining Room

I wrote this poem specifically to do something like this with it someday. I wrote it when we lived in Washington, and it still describes our life today.
Allie likes to be in pictures as you can see:) Quite a poser...I miss having a wood-burning stove, for practical reasons and for the smells, but it is so nice to be able to flip a switch on the gas fireplace. The last picture is the entrance to our home, you walk up two steps from the enterance to be in this main living room. I like having a little nook for an enterance. Then nobody can see if there are still breakfast dishes in my sink:) I just noticed all of the nobs on my sewing table are turned all crazy...nobody's perfect:O)

Some of the house

I just painted the kitchen a while back. I like the cupboards better now. There was just too many kinds of wood trying to mix-it felt really "busy". The texture in the kitchen is thick and crazy, but it kind of works with the whole glaze thing. As always, the girls like to be in the middle of all of it.-Bria was "helping" me put a poem up on the wall. I've given up on the battle of the couch cushions. They can have them!!!

Hands Full!!

This picture is for real, I took it spontaneously as I headed up stairs to make dinner. I couldn't help but laugh at how normal this is for Tyler. His girls sure love him!

This was a blow-up haunted house-it was made for really little kids, and I went through it with Allie-to tell you the truth, it's the only kind of haunted house you would ever catch me in:)

I love this picture of the mr. mommies. Check out Brian and all of the kids jackets tied around his waist. What a guy!

Allie chased a pig-but was too scared to touch it. Bria wasn't feeling good, due to a dislocated elbow. Fortunately it popped back in later that day, I felt so sorry for her. She wanted to stay in the stroller through all of the fun...so not like her.

A weekend with the Hales

So Tyler and Brian found all of these random helmets for a good old fashioned football game in the yard. Too cute.

Funny Family

Just some pictures of the girls, they are a fun little handful...maybe I should say armful! I was in the middle of painting my kitchen and Allie bria took a seat to watch, I decided to put the paintbrush down for a while:)

What were we thinking...

So, we drove up the mountain for a little FHE with s'mores and a fire, well it was freezing! We were out there for maybe 30 min. and couldn't hack it. Our girls are good sports for having such crazy parents.
