Young Women

I was called to be the Young Women's President back in November and although I would rather show up and just have fun than be in charge, I love my calling!  We have 30 young women in our group and they are all active!  Completely amazing how strong our ward is!  I have awesome leaders and counselors.  We have so much fun together, but we are learning to do hard things together as well.  When I was first called I felt completely overwhelmed by the task.  I am a full time wife and mommy to three little ones, a part time student, work part time at the dentist office, and president of the Education Foundation Board...but I have learned that when I make the Lord's priorities my own; things work out...and they have.  My time seemed to be magnified and I was able to do all that needed to be done and felt blessed all the while.  I thank Heavenly Father every day for these lessons that help strengthen my family and I.

Bria....

Every night Bria lays out her outfit for the next day- everything down to the brush she is going to use!  She is a very particular girl and likes everything to be well planned and organized.  My little planner-love her.

Ahhhh...nothing like a good sleep to get you going....:)  Bria in the hat is going to be used as black mail when she is 16.

Breakfast in Bed

The girls "surprised" us (we layed in bed for 20 min. trying to figure out if the crashing in the kitchen was worth getting out of bed to check on...) with a "breakfast" in bed on a saturday morning.  Nothing like pudding and peanut butter cookies at 6:00 am.:)

Favorite lil' camping spot

We are a camping family- tent and all!  I love everything about getting away- snuggling around a roaring fire-and letting the girls explore to their hearts delight.

Mother's Day

Tyler is amazing!  He knows how to make things so fun for the family:)  He had the girls help him put on a luau for Mother's Day this year, complete with the hawaiian dinner and decorations.  So cute!  I feel truly blessed to have such a good life.  I love my life!

Red Rock Relay

Like child-birth...I keep forgetting how hard these relays really are on my body!  10 miles of running in the Southern Utah sun is sure to kill a person, but our team ran all 64 miles in 11 hours.  We were the IncrediMoms...very fitting for Mother's Day weekend:)
